We started with Gujarat, as it has one of India's most active real estate markets, and we are now expanding our reach to other states across India.
Finding reliable information about a plot of land, its legal records, and its development potential has traditionally required visiting multiple government offices, screening several portals, or contacting brokers. None of them talked to each other. The Urrbanify reduces that effort to a single place.

The Urrbanify is not a government portal. We are a technology platform that aggregates and presents data from Gujarat government sources in a significantly more accessible and navigable format.
Our TP scheme and planning data is sourced from the Gujarat Town Planning & Valuation Department and Urban Development Authorities including AUDA, SUDA, VUDA, RUDA, and GUDA.
Land records data is obtained from official Gujarat revenue records.
We present data as available from official sources. For legally binding documents and certified copies, users should obtain records directly through the relevant government departments.
